At its meeting on 26 July 2019, the Committee, having received a request from the
State party for discontinuance, and noting the fact that the complainant had become a
permanent resident of Canada on 5 March 2018 and that therefore the communication was
moot, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 665/2015.
