The authors of the communication are Juma Nazarov (first author), born in 1992,
Yadgarbek Sharipov (second author), born in 1992 and Atamurad Suvhanov (third author),
born in 1986, all nationals of Turkmenistan. 1 They claim that Turkmenistan violated their

was released on 13 March 2014, after serving a full one-year term of imprisonment.
