At its meeting on 27 April 2018, the Committee, having received a request from the
complainant’s counsel to discontinue the communication, as he had lost contact with the
complainant following the latter’s voluntary departure from Australia with the assistance of
the International Organization for Migration, decided to discontinue the consideration of
communication No. 748/2016.
