The author of the communication, dated 18 June 2009, is T.P.F. She is submitting the communication on behalf of her daughter, L.C., a Peruvian citizen born 2 April 1993. The author claims that her daughter has been a victim of violation by Peru of articles 1, 2 (c) and (f), 3, 5, 12 and 16 (e) of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.
