Solemn declaration by the newly elected members
of the Committee
the 104th meeting, on 27 April 1992, the five members of the Committee
who had been elected at the Third Meeting of the States parties to the
Convention made the solemn declaration upon assuming their duties, in
accordance with rule 14 of the rules of procedure.
