Risk of torture upon deportation to Sri Lanka
At its meeting on 15 November 2019, the Committee, having received a request from the
complainant’s counsel to discontinue the communication following the deportation of the
complainant, and taking into account the fact that the counsel has lost contact with him and
has no possibility of re-establishing such contact, decided to discontinue the examination of
communication No. 646/2014.
