The author of the communication, dated 10 March 2014, is Arab Millis, an Algerian
national. He claims that his son, Mohamed Millis, born on 7 March 1964 and also an
Algerian national, was the victim of enforced disappearance attributable to the State party,
in violation of articles 2 (2) and (3), 6, 7, 9, 10 and 16 of the International Covenant on
