Risk of torture upon deportation to Bangladesh
At its meeting on 6 November 2017, the Committee against Torture, having
ascertained that the complainants had left Canada at their own initiative on 22 September
2016, and not having received the complainants’ comments on the State party’s
observations, despite sending reminders to that effect, decided to discontinue the
consideration of communication No. 711/2015.
