Substantive issue:
Risk of torture upon deportation to Ethiopia
At its meeting on 6 November 2017, the Committee, having ascertained that the
complainants had been recognized as refugees and had been granted temporary admission
to Switzerland and therefore no longer faced a risk of being forcibly removed to Ethiopia,
decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 667/2015.
