At its meeting on 15 November 2018, the Committee, having ascertained that the
applications of the complainant and his family for asylum were being re-examined, and that
they had received residence and working permits valid until 15 August 2020, and having
received confirmation from the complainant’s counsel that he had agreed with the State
party’s request for discontinuance, decided to discontinue the consideration of
communication No. 796/2017.
