1.1
The author of the communication is Raziyeh Rezaifar, an Iranian national born in
1972, of Persian ethnicity, who converted to Christianity, and two of her children: her
daughter, M.M., born on 16 September 1996, and her son, D.M., born on 12 November
2011 (the children were respectively 18 and 3 years old at the time of the submission of her
communication).
1.2
The author’s asylum application was rejected and she was facing imminent
deportation to Italy at the time of the submission of her communication to the Committee.
