The author of the communication is Purna Maya,1 a national of Nepal born in 1969.
She claims to be victim of a violation of articles 2 (1) and (3), 3, 7, 9, 10 (1) and 26 of the
Covenant. The Optional Protocol entered into force for the State on 14 May 1991. The
author is represented by counsel.
