At its meeting on 26 July 2019, the Committee, having been informed by counsel
that he had been unable to submit his comments on the State party’s observations on
admissibility and the merits because he had lost contact with the complainant after the State
party had removed the complainant to India on 15 December 2017, decided to discontinue
the consideration of communication No. 849/2017.
