At its meeting on 15 November 2019, the Committee, having ascertained that the
complainants had submitted new pending asylum applications in Sweden, and that the
expulsion orders against them became time-barred on 10 June 2019, decided to discontinue
the examination of communication No. 773/2016, on the understanding that the complainants
would be entitled to submit a new communication to it, with a request for interim measures,
in case of facing a renewed risk of forcible removal from the State party’s territory.
