Meeting on 30 March 2015,
Having concluded its consideration of communication No. 2022/2011, submitted to
it by Nura Hamulić and Halima Hodžić under the Optional Protocol to the International
Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,
Having taken into account all written information made available to it by the authors
of the communication and the State party,
Adopts the following:
Views under article 5 (4) of the Optional Protocol

The authors of the communication are Nura Hamulić and Halima Hodžić, who
submitted the communication on their own behalf and on behalf of Husein Hamulić, the son
of Ms. Hamulić and the brother of Ms. Hodžić. The authors and Mr. Hamulić, who are all
nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were born on 14 April 1927, 15 March 1956 and 2
July 1968 respectively. The authors claim that the State party has violated Mr. Hamulić’s
rights under articles 6, 7, 9 and 16, read in conjunction with article 2 (3), of the Covenant.
They also claim that the State party has violated their rights under article 7, read in
