Ill-treatment by police during detention
On 30 December 2020, the Committee, having lost contact with the complainant, who
had not manifested his interest in maintaining the communication since his initial submission
in 2013, notably not having received comments from the complainant on the State party’s
observations, despite sending three reminders to that effect, decided to discontinue the
examination of communication No. 660/2015.
