He submits his communication on his own behalf and on behalf of his son and daughter, Danish citizens, born on 3 November 2008 and 4 September 2010, respectively. He claims that the State party’s decision to expel him permanently from Denmark constitutes a breach of his rights under articles 2, 13, 23 and 24 of the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and of his children’s rights under article 23 and 24 of the Covenant.
