The author of the communication is A.H.A., a Somali national from Qoryooley,
born in 1986. The author is subject to deportation to Somalia, following the rejection of his
application for asylum in Denmark. The author claims that by forcibly deporting him to
Somalia, Denmark would be violating his rights under articles 7 and 9 of the Covenant. The
