The author of the communication is C.L.,1 born on 1 March 1970. He submits the
communication on his behalf and on behalf of his minor son, Z.L., born on 30 July 2004.
Both are citizens of China. The author and his son are subject to forcible removal to China
following the rejection of their application for asylum by the Danish Refugee Appeals
Board on 4 September 2013 and on 24 September 2015, when it refused to reopen the
author’s asylum case.2 The author claims that their forcible removal to China would amount
