He submits the communication on his own behalf and on behalf of his sons I. and E. He claims that Kazakhstan violated the rights of I. under articles 2 (1) and (3) (a, b and c); 7; 8 (3) (a); 9 (1-5); 10 (1), (2) (a) and (3); 14 (1-3 (a-g), (5) and (6); 15 (1) and (2); 17 (1) and (2); 25 (b) and 26 of the Covenant. He also claims a violation of his own rights and the rights of E. under articles 2 (1) and (3) (a, b and c); 7; 9 (1), (2), (4) and (5); 10 (1); 14 (1) and (5); 15 (2); 17 (1) and (2) and 26 of the Covenant.
