He claims that the State party has violated his rights under article 7, separately and in conjunction with articles 2 (3), 9 (1), (3) and (4), 14 (1) and (3) (e) and (g) and 26 of the Covenant. The Optional Protocol entered into force for Kyrgyzstan on 7 January 1995.
