of deportation to Afghanistan
At its meeting on 3 August 2018, the Committee, having been informed by the
complainant’s counsel that the complainant had been deported, that counsel had lost contact
with the complainant and had, accordingly, withdrawn the complaint as it was impossible
for her to comment on the State party’s observations, decided to discontinue the
consideration of communication No. 803/2017.
