Risk of torture upon deportation to Sri Lanka

At its meeting on 27 April 2018, the Committee, having received a request from the
complainant’s counsel to discontinue the communication as the complainant had
voluntarily departed for Sri Lanka on 10 August 2017 and the counsel had subsequently
lost contact with him, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication
No. 753/2016.
