Risk of torture upon deportation to Sri Lanka
At its meeting on 3 May 2019, the Committee, having been informed that the
complainant had voluntarily returned to Sri Lanka and wished to withdraw his
communication, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 788/2016.
