The author claims to be a victim of violations of his rights under article 6, paragraphs 1 and 2, article 7, article 9, paragraph 3, article 14, paragraphs 1, 2, 3 (e) and (g), and article 26 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The Optional Protocol entered into force for the State party on 30 December 1992.
