At its meeting on 3 May 2019, the Committee, having received no comments from
the complainant’s counsel on the State party’s observations on the merits, despite a
reminder to provide such comments, and taking into account that the counsel had
subsequently withdrawn the complaint as he had lost contact with the complainant, decided
to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 772/2016.
