(represented by counsels, Ruth Nordström and Rebecca Ahlstrand) Alleged victims: The complainants State party: Sweden Date of complaint: 5 December 2018 (initial submission) Substantive issue: Risk of torture upon deportation to Nigeria At its meeting on 26 July 2019, the Committee, having been informed that the removal order against the complainants had become statute-barred on 16 February 2019 and that the complainants had filed a new asylum application in Sweden on 10 April 2019, decided to discontinue the examination of communication No. 906/2018.
