Decision 1.1 The complainants are Eveline Njamba and her daughter Kathy Balikosa, nationals of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and born on 10 April 1975 and 4 March 2001 respectively. They are the subject of an order for deportation from Sweden to the DRC. While they do not invoke any particular provision of the Convention, their complaint appears to raise issues under article 3 and possibly article 16. They are represented by counsel, Mr. Manuel Boti Flid. 2
