She claims that her son, Hacen Louddi, born on 1 September 1960, was the victim of enforced disappearance attributable to the State party, in violation of articles 2 (para. 3), 6 (para. 1), 7, 9, 10 (para. 1), 16 and 23 (para. 1) of the Covenant. The author also claims that she herself and her family are the victims of violations of articles 2 (para. 3), 7 and 23 (para. 1) of the Covenant.
