This publication presents the findings of the first large-scale trial monitoring programme in Ukraine, implemented
in 2017 by the NGO Centre of Policy and Legal Reform with support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
The findings of this monitoring may be used in the future to evaluate the progress of judicial reform in Ukraine.
