Risk of torture upon deportation to India
At its meeting on 15 November 2018, the Committee, taking into account the fact
that the complainant had become a permanent resident in Canada under the spousal
sponsorship programme, not having received any replies from the complainant despite
sending him several reminders and therefore being unable to continue the proceedings,
decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 679/2015.
