Summary
From 13 to 24 November 2017, the Special Rapporteur visited Serbia and Kosovo to
assess the prevailing situation, developments and challenges concerning torture and other
cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
