Substantive issue:
Risk of torture upon deportation to Ethiopia
At its meeting on 3 May 2019, the Committee, having been informed by counsel in
October 2018 and November 2018 that she was unable to contact the author, and not having
received a response to a request for an update from counsel, decided to discontinue the
consideration of communication No. 797/2017.
